Our Philosophy & the Basics of Creating a Great Riding Horse

Welcome to the introductory course on the basics of creating a great riding and dressage horse, the perfect  place to start your riding and training journey.  We will be talking a lot about the King Andrews Rider Training philosophy and cover the basics of what you need to see continuous improvement for you and your horse as you progress to achieve your riding goals.  In this first four-week course, we talk about groundwork, control of the horse's shoulders, rhythm, and the half halt. Rochelle will also demonstrate her daily stretching and fitness regime.  Whatever discipline you love and practice, you will find our introductory courses a great way to establish sound foundations. Creating a good riding horse is a worthy passion and goal - it's good for you AND your horse or pony!
